Terms and Conditions Lakuroto — Complete Platform Usage Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Lakuroto ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This document governs your access to and use of all services, games, features, and content provided through the Lakuroto platform, whether via website, mobile app, or any other digital medium.

By creating an account, making a deposit, using any game, or accessing any part of the platform, you explicitly and implicitly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced within, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

You are fully responsible for the security of your password and login credentials. Lakuroto will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact Lakuroto support immediately.

All deposits made into your Lakuroto account are for use within the platform's games and services only. The minimum deposit is RM 20 for most payment methods and RM 50 for cryptocurrency transactions.

You confirm that all deposited funds are your own, lawfully obtained, and not proceeds of any illegal activity. Lakuroto complies with anti-money laundering laws and reserves the right to report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name

Lakuroto reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time if:

• Your account shows suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity
• We receive instructions from the relevant authorities

• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

If your account is closed at your own request, Lakuroto will endeavor to process any eligible balance withdrawal within 5 business days. If closure is due to a breach, balances may be forfeited at Lakuroto's discretion.

Lakuroto shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Platform disruption or unavailability caused by factors beyond our control
• Errors or delays in transaction processing caused by third parties
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from a security failure on your part
• Unfavorable game outcomes that are a natural result of random chance
• Any indirect, consequential, or similar losses
